Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, and working under minimal guidance, the Senior Financial Planning Analyst will manage the financial planning, budgeting, and quarterly reforecast for Corporate Finance.
The role will perform analysis of expense related activities for the month end close budgeting and forecasting processes to manage and control spend.
The position also requires complete understanding of functional principles and standards to analyze and interpret financial data to build and communicate critical decision-driving reports for senior leadership.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Manage the annual Budget and quarterly forecasts.
Analyze financial data, performance indicators, trends and forecasts.
Review and provide a standard set of detailed KPI's to senior leadership.
Create financial models related to P&L, BS, and Cash Flows.
Leads real-time financial performance monitoring.
Escalates any financial issues to management.
Prepares monthly bank reporting, surety reporting, and lending presentations.
Ad hoc reporting as required by current trends.
Other duties, as assigned.

in Accounting or Finance
Experience:
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3-5 YEARS OF ACCOUNTING/FINANCE OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED.
MUST HAVE STRONG PC SKILLS IN WORD, OUTLOOK, EXCEL, AND POWERPOINT.
EXPERINCE IN SAGE, SAP, ORACLE, POWER QUERY, POWER BI.
MUST HAVE STRONG WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION.
MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK AND PRIORITIZE JOB DUTIES IN AN ORGANIZED AND EFFICIENT MANNER.
MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO THINK CRITICALLY, PRODUCE HIGH QUALITY WORK, AND ADAPT WELL TO ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT IN A VERY DYNAMIC ORGANIZATION.
MUST HAVE A SENSE OF URGENCY, BE INNOVATIVE IN A COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
