Responsibilities:
Scan inbound records and outbound records to the proper digital repository; Learn and utilize the firms case management software; Assist other Administrative Specialists and Paralegals; Assist CFO, Attorneys and Partners as needed; Candidates must have the following skills:
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; Excellent organizational skills; Ability to learn and utilize software platforms; Ability to multi task; Excellent phone skills; Excellent communication skills; Professionalism in dealing with clients, visitors and staff; Benefit Conditions:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
