Overview Essential Function The Director of Product Development will be responsible for bringing products/brands to market that drive growth and profitability for a portfolio of brands.
Must be keenly aware of applicable trends and demand the highest quality standards and innovations in all new products.
Must be able to identify, develop, and/or evaluate comprehensive strategy for assigned brands.
Will lead and oversee the product development cycle from new product initiation to completion of production for all new product launches and revisions.
Will create comprehensive action plans for product concepts, design, promotion, product launch strategies and execution and collaborate with cross functional teams:
Sales Ops, Marketing, Merchandising, etc.
This position reports into the Support Center in Denton Texas 2-3 days a week.
Primary Duties Lead and oversee product development cycle for new items/brands and revisions.
Identify, develop, and/or evaluate comprehensive strategy for assigned brands.
Selects, develops, and evaluates staff to ensure efficient operation of the department.
Provides direction and leadership to team according to established policies and management guidance.
Responsible for ensuring the completion of the ordering process, scheduling and monitoring of products and related promotional and marketing materials.
Attends shows and maintains awareness of new trends and changes in products.
Responsible for departmental budgeting.

Salary:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
