Ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, pleasant telephone voice, great people skills, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a calm, focused, and patient disposition.
Guest Services must be professional, personable, friendly, and able to handle a variety of communication situations as well as administrative tasks and multitask.
