As an Automotive Business Office Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our Controller and Department Managers to identify operational opportunities and implement initiatives that drive revenue and streamline costs.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of all store transactions - Implement strategies for margin expansion and financial controls - Provide leadership and coaching to our office team, emphasizing communication and customer relations - Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures Job Requirements:
- Minimum of two years in an office/administrative management role - Proficiency in accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial statements - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
Qualifications:
- Prior dealership Office Management experience preferred - Minimun of 2 years of accounting experience - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ADP - Dynamic and technology-savvy with a willingness to learn
