Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer expectations by taking phone orders and ensuring timely shipment
  • Outbound calling to clarify and correct customer orders.
  • Respond to consumer questions and inquiries from CSS Website
  • Provide support and coordinate the sales efforts of select customers including program and promotional inventory management and customer service
  • Facilitate appropriate internal communication with distribution center personnel regarding shipment timelines and customer requirements
  • Partner with the sales team to maintain customer relationships and resolve customer issues
  • Other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Friendly phone manners and experience
  • Ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • Bilingual ability in Spanish/English is a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
